i looked around that area and couldnt find where it connects to

where does it lead to?

lol thats what i'm trying to find out...

i don't know where it leads to or what its for, i couldn't be stuffed taking out the stereo etc to see what its connected to at the back...

looks like the plug that plugs into the switch to turn on the triptonic padles on the steering wheel.

It's probably just a optional plug for a different model factory option. If everything still works and you never unplugged it, then it's safe to say it'll never bother you again once you put the console back together...

could be for somethin aftermarket once used in it? like a turbo timer or somethin
