im thinking about removing my engine fan and putting twin thermo's, what size is recommended?

i was considering putting two 12" thermo's in front of engine (push type) and because my intercooler, covers my radiator (stopping airflow) a push type on the front of the radiator aswell.

would the alternator handle it? am i going overboard with having one on the radiator too?

what are you using?

cheers

I've got 3x 12" Davies Craig thermos and at the OzMazda motorkhana my water temp tipped over 100 degrees...

I wish i still could keep the stock clutch fan, but it doesn't fit in my engine bay. Don't go therno fans, they're shiet.

Too bloody right.

See how long the alternator/battery last running 2-thermos, lights etc. Mine does not like it at all.

First item to melt was the lug on the alternator's output cable, simply not designed for that large constant amperage drain.

Stock engine driven fan FTW. (if you can fit it in)
