Full Monty + Which Lightweight Flywheel?

I am getting a Full Monty(5000lbs Pressure Plate) built for my R32 GTR by Jim atm, and am looking to get a Lightweight Flywheel, just wondering which ones people on here have found to work well on their cars with the Full Monty.

I just wanna get a general idea of which designs and brands i should be looking for or avoid, cheers.

Are the following decent designs:

Xtreme Chrome Molly One Piece Flywheel Weight = 5.5kg

Exedy Light Weight Flywheel: Weight = 6.68kg

Cusco Chrome Molly Light flywheel

i use a fidenza fly with my JB clutch ( although havent driven the car yet motor not finished) so keep fidenza in mind also

Anything under 5.5kg i would steer clear from.The Xtreme ones are good.

FYI: The HKS EVO runs into the 53sec range around Tsukuba circuit with a standard flywheel.
