Hey guys, im getting my car tuned with a powerfc very soon, and im aiming for a safe 280-300awkw with my n1 turbos, the thing is - im not certain they are n1 turbos, im pretty sure they are though. When the motor was out, i couldnt see any serial no's, all i did see was garrett m24, ar60, and a plate on the front side of the turbos saying N1. I was told by my mechanic they are definitely ball bearing....

Will the tuners know if they can get that much power out of the turbos straight away (just incase they arent the turbos i was told they are etc...)

I just want to make sure they dont try and push too much power out of the turbos if they are not capable of running the boost etc....im sure tuners know what the limits of the turbos are etc..??? Should i worry too much about this....or leave it to the tuners to get it right?

mods:

r33 rb26dett (stock internals)

stock intercooler

custom 3" exhaust, and xforce dump pipes

bosch 044 fuel pump (as advised by you sau'ers!)

N1 r34 turbos (i think)

550cc nismo injectors

Apexi Powerfc and Hand controller for r33 gtr

stock boost controller and everything else...

ARC panel induction kit

thats all i can think of, compression is ~165 accross all cyl's....

What you guys think, 300awkw safe tune not too far off maybe...

Thanks.

if the turbos say AR60 on the front and have 0.64 on the rear then they are the larger N1 turbos. should be fine for 300rwkw, maybe more. just depends how much boost you are going to run?
