hay guys,

installed my LTX12 in my car other day and tryed to start it today.

i put it in test mode and u can hear the injectors working, i took a plug out to see if i got spark, and didnt.

Any one got ne ideas on how to fix this?

i tested the cas to see if it was wired up right.

i got 12v on red black was ground, and 2 other wires i got 4.9v's i hope this is correct.

so if cas has power and signal why dont i have spark?

also the ecu came out of a rb26, is there ne thing i need to change in settings?

Cheers

Justin

i got no idea about ne of that. i just thought it should be ok just to make it start make sure it runs then send car of to tuners and they can adjust all that stuff.

so as the cas is different does that mean i gotta send ecu to microtech to get them to change the settings on it?

its not just the CAS

the whole program needs to be reflashed to suit RB25 microtech charge about $300

what a load of crap^^^

I rewired a microtech from a ford v8 with electronic ignition to a turbo ford 6 cylinder with hall effect ignition rang domenic from microtech he told me to make 2 changes and the car fired up

i would recomend you take it to someone who knows microtech computers

adriano is probably correct bt saying dwell is incorrect as i was running cdi ignition. It could also be a different setting for the cas referene with r34 cas

any troubles with microtech they also hace a tech help line

cheers Jason
