Blitz Speed Jumper rated at 200km/h ???

Question1;

Does this remove the 180km/h speed limit on Japan cars?

Question2;

Does this give a new speed limit of 200km/h?

That's what i thought. Removed it today since it wasn't any use anyways. What's the point of having it when my 1500cc sentra can go up to 190km while my 2500cc skyline only 200km lol. Will install the power fc today and send it to my tuner on tuesday.
