i came a cross a jap site that shows drifters how to change tyres over on the streets. you need a pair of crow bars a sign post and possiby a guard rail lol. it looked like a pain in the ass. save yourself the time and frustration and pay someone to do it and balance it. doesnt cost much...i think i paid 10 bucks per tyre to get em put on and balanced. in and out in 30 mins.

I've seen this done with 4WD tyres and its very difficult.

I've done it on go-kart tyres (tiny compared to car tyres) and its absolute hell to get them on, I would pay the $$$ to get it done properly rather than risk damaging the rim or tyre.

I saw something similar in an option mag. funniest part was you saw that the sun was up pretty high when he started and it was getting pretty bloody low by the time the tyre was off :laughing-smiley-014:
