Fuel Pump Problems

hey guys just got my car from the panel shop,

and it wont start, there is no power going to the fuel pump

i no the fuel pump works cause when i feed cables direct from the battery you can here it buzz

iv tested the fuel relay and that works, as well as the fuel fuse, i dont no what else to check.

the fuel pump wont even prime when ignition is switched on

some please help me

You say the relay works; though is power getting to the relay?

the green relay in the boot next the right hand taillight, is getting power, thats the one i got told was the fuel pump relay

and i can hear it click

^^ yup, so its clicking, which means its been triggered correctly.

Rem a relay is a switch, thats turned on/off with a a small current.

The small current, or trigger, is working... so its switching.. but is there INPUT voltage to it?

As in, is the power that will be sent to the pump, present at the relay? Sorry if my explanation is shite, im tired

EDIT: Re-read your post.. sorry.

Ok, well if its switching, and you have power to IT.. but no power at pump... couldnt there not be a break / aftermarket dead fuse between those points?

yes i put the multimeter on to is and has the same voltage as the battery

well then, somwhere between relay.. and pump... theres a break?

yes but the stock loom still has been pulled apart, that black plastic stuff is still there
