Greetings :D

Recently purchased myself an RS4 series 2 Nismo in black. Loving the car! :D

Sydney014.jpg

Only 33K kms on the clock. Drove it 1700kms from Sydney and it ran like a dream.

Already fitted SatNav, TV tuner, DVD player and sound system for entertainment.

I've got a T3/T4 hybrid turbo coming for it, as well as a front mount intercooler kit, hi flow dump pipe, 3" system.

Will be unichipped and dynoed for good 'useable' power.

But I gotta stop spending money on it soon LOL :D

hello and welcome!

the black with the gold mags looks excellent!

and 2 stageas in the family hey? do your parents own an oil rig?

No. No parents who own an oil rig. I stopped living off mummy decades ago LOL

What? A guy can't have enough money for 2 RS4s? :laughing-smiley-014:

I have a decent paying job and no bills to worry about ... so my money go towards my toys!

As well as the Stageas, I have a Suzuki Liana GS sports model (car) ...

And my bikes are GSXR600 race bike (for sale), a Suzuki TL1000R modded and as a Rizla Suzuki replica, and a beautiful Italian ... MV Agusta Brutale.

I think I have too many toys :D

Welcome aboard! TWO Stageas is bound to bring a lot of enjoyment, and when you add that nice lot of bikes it can't hurt.

You almost ruined it with using "Liana" and "sports" in the same phrase - that's a big No-No - but we'll let you off this time. :D

The Liana was a very good car given today's petrol prices, but it wasn't enough "fun" :D But if I had to own one, it had to have sports suspension and bodykit so it at least didn't look too "girly" LOL

So I thought bugger the fuel prices ... time to own another fast car! :D

Here's a pic of the Brutale ... pure italian beauty and engineering ...

Sold the Liana anyway as I crashed my bike and broke my shoulder some 5 weeks ago. No way could I drive a manual.

Now the shoulder is healing and I can drive a car again! :D So I'm driving the RS4 when I can.

see we arent the only ones that buy one stagea and then just have to buy another :)

Welcome looks like a really nice example of a stag ;)

Thanks Kirstie! The Stag is an excellent car. I had intended to buy one from an importer and resell it locally for a bit of $ and then buy another one to keep. But I purchased this one and fell in love with it. And at 33,000kms only and such top condition, I had to keep it.

So now I've bought another Stagea to drive for a bit and then sell to a friend :whistling: But I'll probably end up keeping this one too :laughing-smiley-014:

There's a few friends of mine who are into Stageas. We've already been on a few cruises. We gotta get a "Stag party" happening! :)

beautiful bike :) im a big fan of MV Agusta - especially the F4 CC

You can't go past the beautiful engineering of these things. I admired these bikes for years ... now I own one. :)

Very nice looking Stag you got there, I agree the black and gold looks sweeet. Very low k's too, thats only 3300 km's a year, which is around 8 tanks of the expensive petroly stuff a year. I've only had my stag a bit over a week and filled her up twice already! :whistling: Just keep an eye on things like seals because with such low km's they would have a tendency to perish over time.

Reuben, the car is rego'd in NSW, but are you taking it back interstate, or do you live in/around Sydney (I can't recognise any of the spots in your photos, and can't make out what state is printed on the number plates either)?

    • The R32 suffers from an instrument binnacle that is uncomfortably close to the design of a VN Commodore's. But beyond that, the layout of the rest of everything, and the materials (ie the vinyl coverings on dash, armrest, etc) are acceptable, and the patterns on the fabrics are not as blergh as those in the R33. And R33 seats are....quite unattractive. I know it's only small details there, but I reckon the R33 got worse than the 32. But the big blergh is the overall shape of the dash on the R33. It's just has that whole Maxima/Pulsar sort of look to it. Nothing special at all. Generic Nissan sedan. Whereas, at least the R32 dash/binnacle was different. Less a wide expanse of boringly curved plastic. More a "cockpit" sort of look, even if nowhere near to the degree that the A90 Supras got. R34 seats look good on their own, until you realise that they are indistinguishable from the shape and fabric on 70 other Japanese cars. And the foam bolsters on them suffer even worse than the earlier cars. Other than that I don't really have an opinion the rest of the R34 interior. I took the bits of the R34 I wanted (brakes and engine) and added them to the best external appearance Skyline in the modern era (the 32). So nyerr!
    • Can I be your first customer? I would like hard lines done for the fuel system, 8AN up and 8AN back and the underside wire wheeled and coated (brush or sprayed) with that black tar shit.
    • Speak for yourself, I love the R33 interior. 32 is blergh. I like the 34 interior too. Then you start getting much newer in most cars and they all turn back to blergh. 馃槢
    • 500-600hp into a RB is already 'sinking endless amounts of money' into an engine. Especially a 30 year old engine. Unfortunately this is the RB Game. Considering stock power (or at least stock components) will do ~360whp on 98 by simply turning up the boost on the stock gear on a RB26, that would be where I'd say the cutoff point for "sinking endless amounts of money into the engine" Cause to even do this reliably you'd probably need to replace all the bits anyway cause they're old, starting your sinking journey anyway. I reckon the least painful way is rebuilding the engine to make 50hp over stock lol. The 'plan your ownership around a rebuild' was a common saying 15 years ago.
