Hi guys,

I ordered my HKS GT2835 from nengun and 'Todd' from nengun stated that it was posted on Thursday (6 Days ago).

He stated that the tracking number should be active in a couple of days, I thought a couple of days meant 2 - 3 days???

Everytime I try to search the number it says 'Your item number is not found. Confirm your item number and ask at your local office. '

I am F#$KIN G stressed out! This kit cost me over 3k!

I've tried contacting him 4 times now via email with no response.

Does this always happen when people buy from nengun?

Does the EMS tracking never work?

Has anyone purchased from there and had the same problem?

Cheers

every time i buy from them its the same. their sevice, communication and delivery times are apalling.

unfortunately their prices are excellent.

if you don't like the suspense you could always pay 50% more and buy locally?

I have used Henry from RMS for this exact reason. I bought 700 cc injectors bolt in to my gtr from him $615 delivered, and they goto him first then to me so i have no problems with shipping or customs, this is opposed to a nengun price of 609 delivered, i know what one i would take.

Mate, I didn't ask for your opinion regarding where to buy items from.

I asked if anyone has had a simular problem with the EMS tracking.

Is it Nengun's fault or the Jap post office's fault, anyone know?

yeah i bought a couple of things off nengun. they do take a while to get here. like the other fella said, its unfortunate, that we have to put up with ..."delays"...

but you do eventually get it, well, i received everything i ordered. all be it late though. as for the tracking number, none of mine ever worked either. i suppose thats the price we pay for cheaper, but good quality products

chill out mate. no need to take it out on others.

i ordered several parts from Nengun when i was rebuilding my motor. in total it took a month for it all to arrive. Delivery from japan can take 5+days normally. they need to process the order, pack it, post it. then it will need to get flown over to aust, clear customs and delivered to you. this all takes time. Todd will get back to you with updates. it all takes time.

'Mate', how about you loose the attitude?

Once an item is lodged at the post office, the EMS number is activated.

If the item isn't showing on EMS tracking, its usually either incorrect, or has not been sent.

i had the same problem mate, but i believe they have a 100% delivery rate, my tracking number didnt work, i sent many emails of which none were replied to, but one day my order just turned up at my door. about 3 weeks late, you should be fine

When you say 'has nto been sent', do you mean nengun hasn't given it to the post office, or the postoffice hasn't shipped it out of japan, but still has the product?

3 weeks late from when you made the payment or 3 weeks late from when 'Todd' said he posted it?

As above.... You should have searched around and you would have found that ordering parts through nengun generally takes up to and over a month to get to your door. I've never had dramas with Todd, he will get back to you as soon as he can.

With all due respect, my question was, what is wrong with the EMS number and has anyone had the same problem, not 'why is it taking so long'.

I did search and I was fully aware that it takes 1 month to come, but what I did not know was that the tracking number provided by nengun does NOT work.

Yes i understand that. Was more referring to the fact it takes a while to get response from nengun. Not putting nengun down, just no doubt he is a very busy man. Don't worry mate, i'd be freaking too with 3k hanging in the balance, rest assured you'll be looked after :)

they are slow, arrogant, and lazy.

Took them 3 months to get me a fuel pump. And Todd was arrogant when I was asking about it, and even got smart with me.

Greenline - They usually take about a week or two. They are heaps faster. I won't buy from nengun anymore due to their bad service and long wait times.

    • Wanted to reply to this topic. I'm in the somewhat same boat with our Stagea. I'm trying to install a different rear diff. The Stagea/Skyline uses mounts on top of the rear diff for the ATTESA pump. Any way you can relocate the pump? I did find this kit https://theskylineshed.com/products/nissan-oem-attesa-mounting-kit-to-suit-r32-r33-r34
    • So here's the deal, my wife picked up an S2 AWD Stagea. Super cool, clean car. Looks like the owner in Japan went track spec as it's got some heavy modifications including Exedy twin disk, tension rods, coilovers, GTR brakes, oil cooler & a Nismo 2 way rear diff. Now, cool mods for sure. But, she is just using this as a casual daily driver. The 2 way rear is AGGRESSIVE. It also has solid subframe bushings & poly diff bushings. So that doesn't help either. So far I've tried changing the diff fluid to the correct fluid. Even tried a little friction modifier. No help. This thing clunks, skips the tires & has some slight whine/NVH when driving. Might sound like I'm being picky, but just trying to find a better solution. Here in the states, it's impossible to find a Stagea rear diff. No luck. I do have a 300zx non-turbo diff. Same ratio, 5 bolt axles. On the Stagea, you need both front & rear diff ratios to match. This car is a 4.083. I'd like to just swap a normal rear diff into this thing. Nothing fancy. Even open diff is fine. She's not tracking the car LOL The difference is that the ATTESA pump mounts to the top of the rear diff. There are 3 total mounting points for the pump on top of the diff. With all this being said, what would be the best way to go about this? I could remove the Stagea diff & see if I could get somebody to possibly weld the 3 tabs/mounting points onto the 300zx diff so we could mount the pump on the 300zx diff. I could swap the internals from the 300zx into the Stagea diff but this is not in my comfort zone. Is it possible to mount the ATTESA pump to the underside of the car? Sorry for the paragraph. Just trying to figure out how to go about this. Any help is much appreciated! Stagea Differential - Note two top tabs, one bolt hole for ATTESA pump mounting   300zx Diff - No mounting tabs Also found this mounting kit ?? https://theskylineshed.com/products/nissan-oem-attesa-mounting-kit-to-suit-r32-r33-r34
    • Not ready yet, but maybe later in the year?
    • Hi Luke, haven't thought about it a lot, trying to get the car into the paint shop first.  Did you want to make an offer? As stated above, I'm just looking for fair market price.
