Welsh Plugs

hi there ppls

iv'e bought a 1996 nissan skyline and

some welsh plugs r now leaking.

I need to replace all of them, i'm wanting to

do the job but looks complicated.

Don't know if it's an engine out or not

i'm in geelong can anyone help would be greatfull

I don't have an engine crane but could hire one and

other tools required to do hte job.

Big big job! Engine must be removed to access all of the plugs.

Youll most likely have to remove the turbo too, as welch plugs are under there as well. There are probably even one or two on the front of the engine underneath the timing cover too.

It would be silly just to do one or two, as the rest or most likely in the same condition as the ones that are leaking.

between 3 to $400 and yes am going to get them all

replaced

welch ones are a golden great one - pain in the ass.

If you dont have the tools, IMO its not worth hiring.

Just pay a workshop to do it.
