Thanks a million for your info Chook.

It added lots of info that we didn't have in some area's, and my mate already had info from somewhere else. between what i found, he had and u sent, he was able to build up a very tight box.

In his words: 'that thing is now good for about 500 all wheel HP'. he also wanted me to pass on his gratitude for sharing info.

The box has been in the car for over a week now, been roadtested and dyno'ed(minus front shafts) and nobody has rung!

what needs to be changed to strengthen these boxes

I have an RE4R01B box i want to overhaul with some new Kevlar bands and clutch packs but have no info on what needs to be done exactly or what parts i should be getting
