April 1992 R32 Gtst

Ive been looking at a r32 gtst with a few mods, built in april 1992, just wondering if it can be complied under sevs? Tried searching but didnt find too much just found that only r32 made after june 92 can be complied through sevs.

Which one is it? April or August?

To make it simpler, if the chassis number is AFTER HCR32-271123 it CAN be complied (for '92 GTS-T's).
