OK, after mucho translating I have finally figured it out. (big props to Thunderbolt for the link to a Spanish Hyundai Tiburon [!!!] forum for their 122 [!!!!!!!!] page discussion on this thing.)

First off, i want to say that this would have to be the largest crock of shit I have ever experienced. The premise it works on, is when the inlet manifold is under pressure (closed throttle) the little jigger opens up and pressurises an internal cylinder, and then when the inlet manifold is under vacuum (WOT) it discharges the previously stored charge back into the intake manifold.

Now, the theory behind it, at first glance, would support the claim of better cylinder filling etc.(although how this affects ignition is beyond me) but, looking at the size of the unit, I do not believe the capacity of it would be enough to make any noticeable difference at all. And then you have to start wondering about what sort of prolonged effect having extra air discharged into your manifold at random intervals with the AFM completely unaware of the changes.... (and if you have a SAFC then it would make tuning a fuggin nightmare)
