Any Idea On Power Levels From This Setup?

Hey guys the GTR is back around at CRD to finally get tuned with its single turbo.

It did have a little tune when we put the T88 on it but it never had its cams retuned and it also didn't have its new cooler on it.

The car has

pon cams 260

Hypertune 100mm plenum and TB

Trust 710 x 165 x 305 intercooler

Sard 700cc injectors

2 x 044 fuel pumps

ported head

4" front pipe into 80mm cat back for the street.

Big airfilter setup

I think thats about it for making power.

Was hoping for around 450awkw on about 23 psi?

Have not got it back yet, you know how it goes.

They said i should be done on monday, but we'll just have to see.

I've asked if they can back off the cams so i get a good idle and yes i will loose a fair wack of power from it. I'm wanting the car to make the power with the turbo so i can have it as a nicer daily driver.

I don't think those 700cc injectors will go much past 400awkw

^ beat me to it, if anything is holding you back i dare say you'll run out of fuel, although i rkn you should nudge just over 400kw depening on tune etc

We will run about 60psi base fuel pressure.

Mmmmmm, 520 awkw, that's 800 bhp or so. Hence 700 cc injectors would do that, although I don't think 60 psi is either necessary or desirable. Bosch fuel pumps are only rated at 72.5 psi, so 60 psi base fuel pressure doesn't leave much room for boost (ie; 12.5 psi). Personally I would sell the 700's and buy some 1000's, the cost difference woul be minimal and I would feel much safer at standard base pressure (36-38 psi).

Meh - don't listen to em. Pump 75psi base pressure and 35psi into the lump. Make sure you post pics of the aftermath though.
