Hey,

been looking at fitting a malpassi fuel regulator into my car...cos it looks cool n all. Now I need to know what it actually does :(

don't really wanna waste the time n money on it if it won't benefit.

So yea, what's it for? a few friends of mine have it on their rotary engines n they won't say what it'll do.

Provides you with adjustable base fuel pressure, which increases as boost goes up ( Hence the term rising rate regulator) . Good for getting more fuel into motor without going bigger injectors if you pump can handle it.

If your mixutres are fine its a waste of money. Also Malpassis whilst being very common and cheap are really quite shit.
