To rip a dead thread open again, has anyone noticed the new fuel that has been released with Caltex in particular feels like rocket fuel?

Ive wacked it in my car and any time over about 2.500 rpm it comes on boost hard and goes sideways and rockets away ... Maybe its the weather too but abit un-usual

Maybe they've just added another 30 octane points and not told anyone!!

I think its more likely to be the colder air and lower traction that is making you think this..
