are these much stiffer than the ones you had on your gtst? will these fit a gtst?

They are definitely bigger, not 100% sure whether they will fit a GTS-T, but they are easy enough to have a go at, I still owe you one for that life saving brake fluid at the last SAU day anyway

i know with r32, gtr to gts-t rear sway bar's are interchangeable, front's are not.

so lets assume for r33 its the same deal ... rear gtr 32 sway bar is 26mm btw...

Is the v Spec spring and shocks the same as the standard GTR33?

Also do you have the original rear muffler?
