Turbo Question

hay interested in buying this turbo its steel wheeled its a s15 t28 front with a r33 t3 rear, just wanted to know how it go on an rb20? also if it would be a good upgrade over the standard item?

thanks guys that just what i was told by the seller would have no idea what they look like thats why i ask.to find out if its bs,anyways is it at least steel wheeled looks it to me but like i said am really no expert?
