R32 Gtr Common Problems/what To Look For When Buying.

I'm about to buy a r32 GTR with 80,000kms claimed genuine with log books and I've heard these car are "getting old" and there are some problems that arise which makes this car expensive to maintain.

I was just wondering what are the comon problems with this car and what should I look for when buying one?
