If its not boosting then you have a leak thiers no question about it . and the slpluttering is the engine running lean due to the extra air beeing sucked in with out the afms Knowing, use some crc or rp7 and start spraying the inlet, hoses blah blah with the car idleing if the Revs go up you have found your leak,

hope this helps. it sounds like a i/c pipe is loose.

Yea but it gets onto boost exactly the same as before so wouldn't that mean the there is no leak??? also for some reason when i rev it under load. The injector duty cycle is unusually high even though the car feels slow and is stuttering. so does that still lead to the theory of a leak in the piping???

Im no mechanic, however i did experience the same problem with my Gtr on its first drive home!! i tried coil-packs everything, in the end it was quite simply an earth that sat underneath one of the screws on the square shaped [sorry for lack of detail] unit that sits above the rear coil packs.. it simply wasnt earthing, with a play around the car was performing beautifully much to my relief.. mate i hope its something minor like that for you... good luck

:D
