Condition: It has new bearings and was set up about 18 months ago by a diff and gearbox specialist

Comments: The diff gears and bearings were stuffed when I got it from Japan. I bought another low k's diff (80,000kms I think) and put the spool centre into it with new bearings etc. It's done about 7000k's since then. It's great for drift and track etc, I bought a 2 way and prefer it but this is still really strong and no question on whether or not it will lock. For those that don't know what a spool is, it's basically a solid lock between both axles.

Not really interested in posting it unless you make it easy for me.

Effectively yes. But much stronger and not done by average joe in his garage.

The diff shouldn't have anything to do with hicas. It is driven by the speedo.

I assume the abs sensor is fitted to the diff. I'm not too sure but sounds like it would need a different diff housing for that.

same as a shimmed diff? you can get standard diff shimmed (locked) for around $200, just thought id let ya know why there isn't much interest

this is not the same as a shimmed or welded diff . a full spool is a solid hemisphere splined at both ends that the ring gear bolts to no internal moving parts to break.
