Noob Turbo Upgrade

hey guys, i have a 89 gts-t m spec with intercooler, Larger Fuel Pump 255L - 3" Exhaust with Cannon -3" Hi Flow Catalitic Converter - 3" Dump Pipes . im looking to get a turbo upgrade , something along the lines of a GT2806RS with a 0.86 rear housing. my goal is to reach around 200rwkw after a ecu remap. im unsure of exhaust manifold that is needed, highmount/lowmount etc etc. i want an internally wastegated turbo and want to plumb back my blow off valve. i want to be legal. any help with manifold/turbo , any more info i might need to reach my goal would be GREAT. cheers guys/girls
