changing cd format mpeg to vcd

hey ppl

just wanting some advise or instructions in order to change the format of a file via nero burning rom

i want to change mpeg file to vcd to view on normal TV via the dvd player has anyone done this if so can they help me pls with instructions

if anyone uses other programs to convert file format and then burns them can ya tell me the program that they use.

all suggestions and recommendations will be appreciated

just go into nero and use the wizard

1 click on "complie a new cd"

2 click on "other cd format"

3 click on "video cd"

then you can just drag and drop mpg's and avi's
