Manual Transmision Fuel Change

HI GUYS

Since im having a little bit of spare time now, i thought i could change my manual transmission fuel, coz i didnt know how to do it when i did the service last time.Its a r33 gtst 1996.Need some help as to how drain the tank and to fill it up again.
