Good Family Restaurant: Western/northern Area

Planning ahead (for once ) and looking for a good/nice family restaurant for Mother's day. My brother has 3 kids, all under 5yrs old, so a play area is a must. Somewhere that also takes bookings for the day, as i would not like to take my chances and wait in line.

there's 1 on sydney rd coburg. never took notice of the name but i know its a restaurant and has a glassed/see through play area which you can see when driving past. i'm assuming its a play area coz i always see kids jumping around in there when i drive past...

Hahaha try Foodstar in Sunshine- all you can eat goodness. So much better than Smorgy's.

Not sure about playpen though.

I went to Roxburg park hotel that has a play area was ok for my kids and thats a all you can eat........

i also agree with wrxxy, roxburgh park hotel is a really good place

also got TAB for the older kids, and got a playroom for the youngens

theres that pub near the lake in reservoir.. uhmm zagames??.. has a huge play area/slides for the kids and the food is halfway between pub and yuppy.. prices the same..
