well my mate has offered me his workshop and tools to get this done....and a few other mates are going to help me carry this delicate operation out....so i will let you guys know as to how it all goes...also at the same time i am either going to clean my sparkies (if they are not completely rooted) or repalce them.....and hopefully fingers crossed it all works out....i will also take some pics of it while i do it

It would be a good idea to get new sparks as well make sure there gaped to about .7 or .8 i gaped mine to .7 because i plan to run more boost later .8 should be fine for you

the ones in there are gapped at .8 already and they are platinums so hopefully it just needs a good cleaning

After cleaning out the AAC didnt seem to make any difference, started this morning dead cold and the same issue. And yeah doesnt matter how long u leave the ignition on still has the same outcome. Was talking to my mate last night and he said his 33 does it in winter aswell, so is it normal then! Mine didnt do it last winter tho. Howd u go krishy?

well me and a mate cleanned out my AAC valve and now the car starts up beautifully....it was so f**king filthy mate.....and took some time in cleaning it but now its clean and starts up no problems....

yeah thanks for all the help guys and it sounded really difficult but after doing it.....its not that difficult at all....took me and my mate about an hour to take it off, clean it, and put it back in.......so it really is a simple task
