You claim 4bar at idle...thats way above 2...I would think its a cause for concern thats all.

The NISSAN GTR manual states 21psi and 1.5 bar @ 800rpm ie idle

Yeah, well I'll put it down to the N1 oil pump. Anyone elses oil pressure sit at 4 bar when warm????

Pav, that's a safety thing. You should find that if you rev it, it will go into first at a higher speed.

If you have the time get the GTR owners manual and get the checks done it reccomends to whatever extent you need to be satisfied.

Ignor the flaking plenum paint reccomendation it's got nothing to do with engine condition at all. The engine can be rooted even with the paint in perfect nik, obiviously. Tyre kicking activity only.
