Hello guys I need advice :)

i have been gravitating twards this car but its a little bit messed up what do you guys think? (you are the experts) i want to know if you guys think the frame is bent of if its just body damage?

I'd put my money on body damage... but....

You never know. To be sure, you'd have to measure it up to see if the body is square.

Also, right when you think all the damage has been repaired, you drive it for a few days then find out theres rattles, and squeaks and so on.

I'd buy that car to be a racetrack or drag only car.

Id rather buy one with no obvious damage unless of course its real cheap. Keep looking.

check strut towers, radiator support and the usual visual inspections

looks like body damage but one can never be too sure.

does the drivers side door open and shut properly, don't like the look of that front pillar and fractured windscreen. I would get a good smash repairer to quote for repairs .

You can see the forklift there so the idea that a forklift is used to move the car around isn't too flash.

well they have the forklift to move the cars cause its a pain to move lots of cars having to jump in and out of them... it runs fine.

Forklifts crush the chassis rails under the car often. Pain to fix.

LOL and you're only worried about the accident damage?

Yeah it's a pain to move the cars by driving them but at least it doesn't f*** them up...

theres always going to be structure damage in most accidents ... this one doesn't look to major .. but i would say the frame would slightly be offline and u have to get a crash repairer to put it back ... having said that ... if u dont' mind driving a damaged car and can get an excellent repairer to fix it ... i dont' think there should be any troubles ... thats just my opinion ... i say if u get a really good price then buy it ... like under 10k

well there is a company called MOTOREX out here that imports Skylines and gets them registered in the US im going to go to them on the registration thing...

im not sure it seems good to me cause if i get a new one from MOTOREX it will be at least $18,000 for a 1990 GTS or something like that (they are the only other place i can find that imports cars like that to the US )

like 51jay said earlier, check that pillar. any smash that buckles any major part of the chassis is not worth repairing.
