im interested in getting this car for my gf, but im not too familiar with how unlucky id be going through regency with this car or something similar (specifically, a car that has had something like an S15 front conversion)

I might be wrong but i think you need a engineer's report for a frount end conversion due to the fiber glass body parts and the re-weld of the new radiator support bar
