breaks, suspension!!

Brake's will be sorted when they come up for the next major service (My rotor's are on their last reface), probably going for a set of DBA4000's (Slotted, not drilled) all around and decent pads. Its got good pads on it now, and I don't run crap tyre's (Dunlop SportMaxx atm, but probably go Goodyear Eagle GSD3's next time).

Suspension? Its had the SK Whiteline Bushkit right through it, but I'll do the shocks, springs and sway bars at the same time - as mentioned in the first post.

Just to let you know there is a "Aussie spec" set of Teins. Re-valved and re-sprung for Australian roads by Tein's Australian distributor, Fulcrum.

They are great. I currently have mine on the hardest setting and find them stiff but not jarring, so on the softest setting they may be too soft :(. Once i install my EDFC i will be able to control the stiffness from inside the cabin.

With brakes all you need is a good set of slotted rotors, good quality pads, and GREAT quality brake fluid. I use Motul RBF600 brake fluid, great for the street and track and Ferado DS2500 pads which lean more towards track use but i have had no issues on the streets.

LOL @ NYTSKY and GTST

I would just like to add: put aside 1k of your money for broken stuff. I'm getting a turbo upgrade and during the proceedings the mechanic has found: crack in exhaust manifold, radiator and associated lines bvggered, dump pipe is a POS with a kink in it and barely able to reattach it (2 bolts weren't even in properly). Coilpacks were replaced a while ago cos they were r0oted, water pump etc too. If they are working 'just ok' now, a power upgrade will show up the existing weak links amongst the stock parts. As others said, I'd sort out handling/braking before any more power IMO.
