What Do I Need If

if i was going to buy a r34 and the guy had no rwc but had the papers to allow the import etc and compliance papers etc.

how much would the rwc cost and how hard is it to get?

also if the car is registered can i re register it without the rwc considering it is already registered?

what other papers do i need?

also i know dealers are a bit more costly. but the dealer im thinking of gives 5 years australian parts and labour warranty on their imports. this sounds like a good idea. any ideas? or is this just some BS?

A warranty from a dealer isn't worth the paper it's printed on usually. If the car is registered, why do you need a rwc?

If they want your sale they will get a RWC. It will cost them next to nothing and be no effort. If they refuse to do it then its up to you.

if i bought it without the RWC can i re rego it without? thats also wha ti want to know.

Isn't it already registered? If you mean just transfer the rego into your name then you don't need a RWC at all.
