Not sure if this is the correct spot to post this, so move if nesisary mr.moderator

i was on my way home tonight and for watever reason i decided to put my foot down a little harder than average up a slight incline, as i was going as normal i felt the turbo kick in bla bla, but without taking my foot off the slightest it felt like something restricted the power once or twice, like as if a big gust of wind hit the front of the car, but it wasnt windey.

So just wondering if anyone else has had this issue themselves, i was thinking maybe i need to get the fuel injectors cleaned or something? im not the sharpest tool int he shed when it comes to "issues" with the car :)

any help is appreaciated

P.S. i sore Semi-Pro at the flicks tonight, its piss funny

well.. I was thinking maybe just dirty/fouled spark plugs, esp if your car is running rich.. but I'm not sure if I'm interpreting you right.. could be a whole bunch of things really. Do you have a Consult cable?

Esp if you're not great with mechanical stuff, you could just take your car to Ray/SXR, he will sort it out for you :)

did u hit 180km/h ????? skylines are restricked to 180 unless you had comp remaped and taken off the restricker other wise that what it is maybe

Dont answer that....

Matthew

If it keeps doing weir stuff that you cant workout. Head down and see Ray ( SXR ) at RE Customs.

Its better to fine a problem in it early stages.

Cheers mate, will explore whats going on a bit more then do something about it.

restricted to 180kz? ive had mine past that. On that note, did the R33 S1 or S2 have a different diff? because CAJFLY can sit on 100kmph at i think 3.5 revz, and mine sits at 2.5 revz, this standard? or do you think they have installed a different diff or something?

My car was originally an auto which was converted to manual before being imported. I dont know how to properly explain it, but the auto diff rotates less per wheel rotation.

My car will sit just above 2.5k revs when going 100kmh. Hope that helps
