I want to buy an R32 GTST, I love the shape of the car. Most R33 dont appeal to me. I want to keep the R32 GTST basically stock. Maybe do the exhaust and air filter. Perhaps in the future upgrade the intercooler and turbo.

I read alot of issues with GTR but i cant seem to find threads about the GTST.

biggest issue is they're getting very old...and with any car of that sort of age there's gonna be problems. if ur going to buy one get a thorough check done by a mechanic (compression check etc)

Thanks Black Window. Yeah I was going to get it check out by a PRO. I need an Itch for speed and the current car doesnt have any bang to it.

Silvia owner? I was thinking of Silvia, friend has an S13, I wouldnt mind that or an S14 even if the insurance is riDICKulous

to be honest with you, i wish i didn't sell my r32 for my s13...cos everytime i drive the sil...it makes me miss the skyline cos it just used to handle so well (it had tein shocks), but yeah i just don't like the sil..could be the fact that it's got cheap parts on it from when i bought it (i was stupid and didn't get a check done) and its cost me money from day 1

i'm actually looking to get another R32.

Some other things to look out for:

- the chassis' are normally fairly soft..so check that the chassis is straight

- any leaks

- rust

Thats all i can think of
