What Is This Part Called And How Much Is It Worth?

I've had these for a while and need to get rid of them.. just need to know what they are called, obviously its the hub but whats the top bit upper control arm?? I'm not familiar with the skyline double wishbone setup ive googled but get too many non relevant hits.. oh and how much are these worth each for the complete assembly as per the pic... please help!

Hub (upright) and upper control arm. Looks like R33GTST.

No lower control arm or radius rod.

Not $much as they don't wear out that often, the best buyer would be someone repairing accident damage.
