Reasonable Price For 96 Skyline?

Hi, just wondering anyone could please help me out with the purchase of this car. It's actually for a mate who's interested in buying a 96 skyline off of a Japanese importer out at Paramatta, NSW. They're asking for about 27,000 for the car and say they can do 13,000 for insurance. It's done 69,000 km's. It has a 3 year warranty on parts and labor. 2.4L Twin-cam turbo (as the dealer states but he probably means 2.5L). The interior looks untouched, the exterior is nice but you can see some scratches from polishing if it's in the right light (the picture I've included of the front of the car shows this). My research so far seems to show that it's probably about 6-10 grand over-priced.

On car sale sites they tend to go from 11-18 I'd say 14-16 would be a general figure perhaps, but you usually get what you pay for. Maybe not the case with spending $27k on one though..

The pics are of a R34GTT (Turbo). Thats 1998 and above.

R33 gtst should be $14k - $18k

R34 gtt $22k-$30k depending on the condition of the car.

U would never pay $26k for a R33 gtst.
