just wondering what spark plugs you would recconmend for my motor

some mods are

foreged bottom end

tomei poncams

gt-ss turbos

any help is much appriciated

yep the copper one will do the trick gapped down a little

I go 1 heat range colder aswell.

NGK Laser platinum, will last you ages! strong spark to.

platinums of at least a 7 heat range. coppers work well for about the first 1000k's

Usual coppers $4 as Adriano said, just have them gapped to around .8 generally does the trick

IMO long lasting plugs have their role in engine configurations not as blessed as Nissan... like Subaru's abomination

Nah, im gonna go further to your comment that was further on mine lol

They only have thier place in a factory motor, stock car

Modified motors are so much more prone to destroying plugs for any given number of reasons.

I killed a set of $100 plugs in under 5,000km's due to a fuel reg failing back in the day.

I'll never get anything other than coppers again for that reason. I can kill $17 and not blink, $100 a hit is tough.

BCP6ES all the way (non resistor type)

pre gapped to .8 but for high hp stuff its safe to drop that to .7 especialy on stock coils
