Guys I'm looking at building a new bottom end and was going for a 30 block but have since been told that the new turbos I have purchased Garrett 2860-7 would not suit a 30 block and I would be better of buying a new N1 block is this correct would these turbos be any good with 30 block or should I go with the N1 block, all opinions appreciated.

Cheers Froggy :D

Waste of a N1 block if your using -7's mate.

You would be perfectly fine with a standard RB26 block for 330rwkw that the -7's provide at thier peak!

RB30 is too much capacity as the -7's come on like factory turbos with much better top end on the 2.6ltr.
