Hey luke,

How much difference does a half cage make?

Does the chassis feel tighter?

Does it help much with going sideways?

Where are the mounting points on a 4door?

Is it very difficult for passengers to get in and out of now?

Did you have to chop much of the interior trim?

Hey mate,

Chassis feels alot stiffer with next to no body roll. When jaking the car up from the rear tow hook it raises evenly. I only do grip (4wd) but out on track steering is very responsive. I had to drill holes to mount it in. mounting points are on the rear wheel arches, right behind the drivers seat near the door and in the front on the floor. I just leave my back seat out, roof lining stays in, sunvisors come out.

Cheers Luke

Thankjs for the reply,

So does the extra stiffness out weigh the added weight?

Ive removed sound deadening, A/C, heaps of shit behind the dash so i should still be below the factory weight.

Wanna get it on a weigh bridge and see how much it is. Later on will be fibre/cf doors, bonnet, boot etc but not for awhile.
