Someone Scraped My Car!

I left my car at a shopping centre car park today and I came back, someone has scraped my front bar!!

There's no dints but they took the paint off

So I'm wondering if I have to respray the whole bar? or just that little section or just get some touch up paint to fix it up.

Does anyone have an idea of how much it will cost and where I could go to get it fixed? In SE Melb?

Touch up, there are mobile guys who will charge about $250, they will do it at your work.
