Hey mate! i did the same thing on my front bumper same colour series II,but mine was worser.. n all! it cost me 80$ for paint and 80$ for the spray! came out shmick! All you need to do is respray that part.. not the whole bumper!

Yeah i scratched the bottom lip of my front bar back in the R34, called them and he did a magnificent job.
