Obviously you get a lower hp reading running 4wd rather than rwd and so forth, but are there any estimate formulas on the differences?

My car makes roughly 460hp at all 4, but would be curious to know roughly what that would make in rwd (as thats pretty much how it drives anyway) and what power the engine itself would be producing.

As posed by a number of users, there is little difference from their actual results.

Have a search, been covered a fair bit now... couple of people disagree with the real world however ;)

i have a custmors gtr at work it 1113hp in rwd and 998hp in fwd

thats interesting.. couldnt imagine anyone really wanting to turn a gtr into front wheel drive only... sure you dont mean 4wd? :D
