Rb30 G/box Fit In A Rb25

Hi does a manual gearbox from a R31 fit in a R33 series 1 Nissan Skyline. I am asking this question as we are having an arguement at work. If it does fit, what kind of clutch would be needed a push or pull type? Please can anybody settle this arguement?

r31 gear boxes are closer to a 32 box than a 33 box. as a straight swap in i dont think the mounts would line up, just as you have to modify the g/box mount when you put a 33 box in a 32. a 31 box bolts straight into a 32. and it will be a push type clutch.
