str8g
Hey guys 'GT350 & PARAGON' I dont remember the drop in mm, but i pretty sure its about 15mm - 20mm good drop. My friend has them on his 350z and he's got '19, looks good. I also got the springs with '20 and its pretty low. When i say they are soft its not a bad soft, the springs are softer than the standard ones but still good enough for driving. I will try attaching some pics for you guys.... Matt350GT
Can anyone assist with lowering a sedan. Like most, I've spent a fair bit of time on G35 driver. From what I could gather Z springs will give the sedan about 1 1/2 inche drop. Problem is, the last set of z springs I priced from a wrecker in Adelaide, they wanted $800. I know KINGS do a 30 mm lower Z spring at a good price, (quoted $175 a pair), but that will be about a 60-70 mm drop, almost 2 1/2 inches which is a bit savage for a daily. I noticed in the gallery there are a couple of lowered sedans where the owners mention they have KINGS fitted, but appear to have a mild drop. Would be interested to know if anyone has put the off the shelf KINGS in a sedan and how it turned out. n15m0
$800 for a set of Z springs???!!!! Thats a bloody rip! FYI, I've got full Z suspension in both my sedans and they lower the car all round by approx 1". First set I was lucky, got the set for $110, 2nd set bought for $300, this is for the full Z suspension both with approx 10,000kms. definately recommend you get the matching Z spring with shocks. Touge Kyousou
It won't lower by 1 inch.. in fact not even near it. I believe it's half an inch. And if you have the revised Z springs, your rear will actually go higher Well, that's what happened on my 03. The reason the rear goes higher is the spring in the revised Z setup is a fair bit more resistant so it doesn't compress as much as our stock springs (or the old Z springs). The fronts however, never got revised/changed so front will definitely drop regardless of which set you went for. Yes factory 350z suspension (springs and shocks) are a direct fit into V35 Coupe and Sedan. No it won't lower the coupe by 1" only the sedan. Z suspension will lower the coupe by approx 1/2" only Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/215872-lowering-v35-cp-std-350z-springs/page/3/#findComment-4633075 Share on other sites

Matt350GT
Thanks for the info. Hard to find any Z's getting wrecked for parts, which is probably a good thing, but when you can find one the parts are expensive. From what you are saying, the KINGS 30mm lowered Z springs will give the sedan about a 2 inch drop which is not too bad. From the infor from G35 driver it worked out to be almost 3 which was a bit savage. Thanks again.
