How To Hook Up Water Temp Gauge?

Hi,

Ive just ordered a GTR Din gauge setup and was wondering how I would hook up the water temp gauge? Ive checked the DIY forums but cant find anything. I was also wondering becasue i cant hook up the torque gauge (I have a GTS-T), can I hook it up to voltage or something so at least the gauge moves when i start up the car?
