My experience from organising these things mate.....organise a small meet spot or something and get like $10 deposit off people to confirm that they are coming....that way numbers wont drop like flies on that day....just a suggestion mate...good luck

first one i organised, i took 10 bux from everyone, and still a couple didnt show, next one i didnt, i just paid the deposit myself and everyone plus more showed up. Karting isnt really the kind of event people dont show upto.
