need help with my power steering

I new here, i just need help with my skyline r33 s2,

the power is making so much sound only at parking and when the car start moving and is get heavy some time during driving as well. the power steering is leaking abit...

I think you answered youre own question. Check the ps fluid level.

If it's noisy i'd say the bearings are shot, it may have run dry at some stage.

I know when i flushed my PS fluid and topped it back up the pump didn't sound very nice for a few seconds until the fluid had gotten all the way through it.
