Strut bars and sway bars are two different things..

Strust bars (as said above) attaches to the two suspention towers in the engine bay. You can get the same for the rear..

Sway bars.. A sway bar (also stabilizer bar, anti-sway bar, roll bar, or anti-roll bar, ARB) connect the left and right wheels together through short lever arms. A sway bar increases the suspension's roll stiffness — its resistance to roll in turns AKA body roll
