Most likely I wouldnt stop driving all together. However once it reaches a certain price I would invest in a daily. At the moment a second car is not something I can afford and the difference in fuel costs is not big enough at this point to make the extra expenditure worthwhile. But as it raises I would go and purchase a little corolla or something and just keep the line for the weekends.

I said "I will never stop driving!"

although realistically this obviously depends on salary vs cost of driving

having said that i love driving so much id be one of the last people to stop i think :thumbsup:

Which remote area are you talking about that you have to pay over $2/litre?????

That's just nasty.

Alice to Darwin & Alice to Port Augusta there are places you will pay up to $1.8/90. As soon as you leave the bitumen you can easily pay $2+ in the Territory.
