Hey, just need to get something off my mind.

Im riding a 94 civic sedan VTi at the moment. Looking to upgrade in 6-8 months to a larger car with more speed. I really like the look of skylines and the power that they have. And i know it is going to cost more to maintain and run it and insure it over my civic. But is it really that bad? Im on my 2nd year on P's, and havent had any trouble on the street. And i got a job that is paying me 26 a hour.

Also is it hard to find a 4 door skyline, prefer r33, manual, turbo, clean not much engine mods etc. Wanting to go for a cruiser with abit of power. What price range should i be looking out for cause i know there are alot of overpriced skylines.

Not in a rush, just want to prepare myself.

hey arjay,

im actually trying to sell my 32 4 door at the moment, i know its not a 33. (but i think the 32's are nicer anyway)

its got a few mild mods, hi flow turbo, zorst, fuel pump, fmic. its had a recent respray too.

with insurance, i got it 3 years ago when i was still on my p's and full cop thru just car was just over 2 grand.

one thing you might want to check is if its actually legal for you to drive on your p's.

anyway heres a pic of mine, you can pm me if your interested, im asking about 12 for it.

Go 4 an R33 4 Door. I have had R32 4 Door but the R33 4 door I have now is a much nicer car with better running gear. Nobody is really importing them anymore as you can buy them in Aus for around $9k to $11k and thats how much it would cost you to import and compliance a tidy Series 1 one from Japan. You also get the bonus of never being pulled over as they just look like any normal late model 4 door car unless you put "look at me wheels" or "Wank Wank Wanker" 110db exhaust on it. Dont pay more then $11k for a Series 1 and $13k for a Series II but you can get tidy cars for as low as $8500 like this one
